Sales policy
- If the customer does not pay the full value of the order before delivery, for orders with a value of over 10,000,000 VND; Customers please deposit 1,000,000 VND. The remaining value of the order, please pay at the time of receiving the goods. If the customer cancels the order, TFW will not refund the deposit of 1,000,000 VND.
- In case the customer does not immediately pay the remaining value of the order when receiving the goods, TFW will withdraw the number of products corresponding to the unpaid amount and please pay the delivery fee to the customer. TFW is 300,000 VND for free shipping areas.
- Fees incurred according to regulations of the management at the receiving location related to delivery by truck, use of delivery elevators, etc., please pay directly to the management at customer's delivery location.
- If you need to issue an invoice, please notify TFW at the time of ordering. Exported invoices cannot be edited or canceled and re-exported. After 24 hours of ordering, TFW will not accept invoices. Invoices issued at your request will be sent to you within 7 days from the date of successful delivery, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- After 24 hours since the order is confirmed, customers cannot change or cancel the order after the order has been packed and passed to the shipping department.
- The maximum storage time for an order is 30 days from the date of order. Customers who need to store more than 7 days, please pay 100% of the order value in advance. If you cancel the order, please pay the storage fee to TFW 10% of the order value.
- TFW's decision is final and subject to change without prior notice.
