Return policy

1. Exchange policy:  within 3 days from the date of successful delivery, excluding Sundays and holidays; Customers can exchange products for free when 2 conditions are met:

- Products damaged due to defects in materials (excluding color factor due to each production batch) wood color, grain and wood eyemay differ slightly due to natural characteristics of wood), technical defects and installation error from TFW side.

- Exchange for another product of equal or higher value than the delivered product.

After 3 days from the date of successful delivery, TFW  will apply to the warranty policy for products damaged due to defects in materials, technical errors and installation errors from TFW, not applicable to change products. is different.

2. Return policy:  Customers can only return goods at the time of delivery if the product is not as ordered as ordered by the customer by mistake or change of mind, but must pay the delivery fee to TFW is 300,000 VND and installation cost depends on the product for free delivery and installation areas.
