02 · Thông tin được thu thập

Khi gửi đơn hàng, bạn cung cấp họ tên, email, số điện thoại và địa chỉ giao hàng. Công ty, mã số thuế và ghi chú là thông tin tùy chọn. Hệ thống ghi nhận sản phẩm, cấu hình, số lượng, giá, phương thức thanh toán đã chọn, mã đơn, thời điểm gửi và trạng thái xử lý.

Dịch vụ lưu trữ và bảo vệ website có thể xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật như địa chỉ IP, thông tin trình duyệt và nhật ký yêu cầu. Website không yêu cầu số thẻ thanh toán, mật khẩu ngân hàng hoặc mã OTP. Vui lòng không nhập các thông tin này vào ghi chú.

03 · Mục đích sử dụng

Thông tin được dùng để tiếp nhận và xác nhận yêu cầu, gửi email đơn hàng, lập hồ sơ quản lý đơn, liên hệ về cấu hình, giao hàng và thanh toán, hỗ trợ sau bán hàng, xử lý lỗi và ngăn yêu cầu trùng lặp hoặc lạm dụng.

Các trường bắt buộc cần thiết để xử lý đơn trực tuyến. Nếu không muốn cung cấp qua biểu mẫu, bạn có thể liên hệ trực tiếp để được tư vấn. Gửi đơn hàng không đồng nghĩa với đăng ký nhận email quảng cáo. Trước khi gửi đơn, bạn chọn Đồng ý hoặc Không đồng ý với việc xử lý và chia sẻ thông tin phục vụ đơn hàng. Không có lựa chọn chọn sẵn. Nếu không đồng ý, thông tin đơn không được gửi qua biểu mẫu và bạn vẫn có thể xem sản phẩm. Khi đồng ý và gửi đơn, hệ thống lưu phiên bản thông báo và thời điểm ghi nhận cùng hồ sơ đơn.

04 · Nơi xử lý và bên nhận thông tin

Website sử dụng Vercel để vận hành và lưu hồ sơ đơn hàng ở chế độ riêng tư, Resend để gửi email xác nhận, và các dịch vụ Microsoft gồm Outlook, Power Automate, SharePoint/Excel để tiếp nhận bản sao và quản lý đơn hàng. Nhân sự phụ trách đơn hàng có thể truy cập các hồ sơ phục vụ công việc. Thông tin giao hàng cần thiết có thể được cung cấp cho đơn vị giao hàng hoặc lắp đặt để thực hiện yêu cầu của bạn.

Các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ có thể xử lý dữ liệu ngoài Việt Nam. Liên kết tới website nhà sản xuất hoặc dịch vụ bên ngoài chịu chính sách riêng của bên đó. Thông tin cũng có thể được cung cấp khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

05 · Lưu trữ trên trình duyệt

Website lưu giỏ hàng, cấu hình đã chọn và ngôn ngữ trên trình duyệt. Trong lúc gửi đơn, dữ liệu phiên có thể giữ bản yêu cầu và mã gửi để tránh gửi trùng khi mất kết nối. Bạn có thể xóa dữ liệu website trong cài đặt trình duyệt; thao tác này có thể làm mất giỏ hàng, tùy chọn và thông tin yêu cầu đang chờ.

06 · Thời gian lưu và bảo vệ dữ liệu

Trong quy trình đặt hàng, thông tin chỉ được chia sẻ với các bên phục vụ đơn hàng sau khi bạn chọn “Đồng ý” và gửi đơn. Hồ sơ đơn hàng chỉ lưu thông tin bạn đã nhập, chi tiết sản phẩm đã chọn và dữ liệu cần thiết do hệ thống tạo như mã đơn, thời gian, trạng thái xử lý và xác nhận đồng ý. Chúng tôi không bổ sung thông tin cá nhân khác vào hồ sơ đơn hàng ngoài thông tin bạn cung cấp.

Hồ sơ giao dịch phát sinh được lưu để xử lý đơn hàng, hỗ trợ sau bán hàng, đối soát, kế toán và thuế. Hồ sơ thuộc diện lưu trữ bắt buộc không được xóa trước khi hết thời hạn hoặc nghĩa vụ lưu trữ theo pháp luật áp dụng. Chúng tôi cung cấp thông tin cần thiết cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền khi có nghĩa vụ kê khai, báo cáo hoặc yêu cầu hợp pháp.

Website sử dụng kết nối HTTPS và kho đơn hàng riêng tư. Không có phương thức truyền hoặc lưu trữ nào bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối.

07 · Quyền và yêu cầu của bạn

Bạn có quyền không đồng ý lưu trữ và chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân. Nếu không đồng ý, bạn có thể chọn “Không đồng ý” và không nhập hoặc gửi thông tin qua website. Bạn vẫn có thể xem sản phẩm; tuy nhiên, chúng tôi không thể xử lý đơn trực tuyến khi chưa có thông tin và sự đồng ý của bạn. Bạn có thể liên hệ trực tiếp để được tư vấn về cách đặt hàng khác.

Khi bạn chọn “Đồng ý” và gửi đơn, chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin để xử lý đơn hàng và lưu hồ sơ giao dịch phục vụ kế toán, thuế cùng các nghĩa vụ pháp lý liên quan. Việc rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc yêu cầu xóa không làm mất nghĩa vụ lưu trữ đối với hồ sơ mà pháp luật yêu cầu giữ lại.

Để yêu cầu xem, sửa, hạn chế xử lý hoặc xóa thông tin trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, vui lòng liên hệ hi@tfw.space, kèm mã đơn nếu có. Chúng tôi có thể cần xác minh danh tính và sẽ giải thích hồ sơ nào phải tiếp tục lưu, cùng lý do áp dụng. Không gửi mật khẩu hoặc OTP.

08 · Cập nhật chính sách

Nội dung này có thể được cập nhật khi cách vận hành website thay đổi. Ngày cập nhật được hiển thị ở đầu trang.

02 · Information collected

When submitting an order, you provide your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Company, tax code and notes are optional. The system records products, configurations, quantities, prices, your selected payment method, order reference, submission time and processing status.

Hosting and website-protection services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. The website does not request payment-card numbers, banking passwords or OTPs. Please do not include these in order notes.

03 · How information is used

Information is used to receive and confirm requests, send order emails, maintain order records, discuss configuration, delivery and payment, provide after-sales support, resolve errors and prevent duplicate or abusive requests.

Required fields are needed to process an online order. If you prefer not to use the form, contact us directly for assistance. Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Before submission, you choose Agree or Do not agree to processing and sharing information for your order. Neither option is preselected. If you do not agree, the form does not send the order details and you can still browse products. When you agree and submit, the system stores the notice version and recording time with your order.

04 · Processing and recipients

The website uses Vercel for hosting and private order-record storage, Resend for order emails, and Microsoft services including Outlook, Power Automate and SharePoint/Excel to receive copies and manage orders. Staff handling orders may access these records for their work. Necessary delivery information may be shared with delivery or installation providers to fulfil your request.

Service providers may process information outside Vietnam. Links to manufacturers or other external services are subject to their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

05 · Browser storage

The website stores your cart, selected configurations and language in your browser. During submission, session storage may retain the request details and reference to prevent duplicates after a connection failure. You can clear website data in your browser settings; this may remove your cart, preferences and pending-request information.

06 · Retention and protection

In the ordering process, information is shared with order-service providers only after you select “Agree” and submit your order. The order record contains only the information you enter, your selected products, and necessary system-generated details such as the order reference, time, processing status and consent record. We do not add other personal information to your order record beyond what you provide.

Transaction records are retained for order handling, after-sales support, reconciliation, accounting and tax purposes. Records subject to mandatory retention cannot be deleted before the applicable legal retention period or obligation ends. We provide necessary information to competent authorities where required for statutory declarations, reporting or lawful requests.

The website uses HTTPS and private order storage. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

07 · Your rights and requests

You have the right not to agree to the storage and sharing of your personal information. If you do not agree, you can select “Do not agree” and choose not to enter or submit information through the website. You can still browse products; however, we cannot process an online order without your information and agreement. Contact us directly for advice on another way to order.

When you select “Agree” and submit an order, we use your information to process the order and retain transaction records for accounting, tax and related legal obligations. Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion does not remove the obligation to retain records that must be kept by law.

To request access, correction, restricted processing or deletion where permitted by law, email hi@tfw.space, including your order reference if available. We may need to verify your identity and will explain which records must remain and why. Do not send passwords or OTPs.

08 · Policy updates

This policy may be updated when website operations change. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
